We've joked here on Patch that the pairing of Kristen Berube and Greg Galante would be like the coming together of Little Silver royalty.

She's a teacher at Markham Place and went through Little Silver schools and graduated from Red Bank Regional. Her dad's the borough's municipal court judge and her mom is the party planning volunteer extrordinaire.

Galante is also surrounded by active family members with a dad who serves on the Little Silver Borough Council and his mom was a long-time Little Silver Board of Education member (president for a while, even), and was recently voted the county's Teacher of the Year for her work as a technology teacher at RBR.

They were married on June 9 at Nativity Church in Fair Haven and reception at the PNC Arts Center.
