State Police Investigating Early Morning Long Branch Boat Fires
Six boats damaged by fire
The New Jersey State Police are investigating what caused six boats to catch on fire early this morning in Long Branch.
Long Branch Police Capt. Jason Roebuck the incident occurred around 3 a.m. on Thursday morning at Patten Point Yacht Club on the Shrewsbury River.
Capt. Roebuck said injuries were reported and that the State Police Marine Unit will be the investigating agency.
