Point Road Chorus Sings "Viva La Vida"

Third and fourth graders sang the Coldplay hit among other classics at their spring concert on Thursday, June 2.

Point Road School held its Spring Concert on June 2, which featured the third and fourth grade Chorus. They performed a number of songs under the direction of Mr. Eric Clark, the school’s music teacher, and were accompanied on the piano by Mrs. Jessica Kortenhaus. 

They sang songs such as "Here Comes the Sun" written by George Harrison, "Three Little Birds" written by Bob Marley and "Blowin’ in the Wind" by Bob Dylan.

The final song for the evening was "Viva La Vida" during which Mr. Clark also accompanied the keyboard and children on his guitar.  Student advisor Mr. Peter O’Connell conducted.
