Little Silver dads Sean Quigley, Mike Kelly, Matt Kelly and Jim Langan get psyched up for their New Year plunge into the Atlantic with the Sons of Ireland.

The thermometer didn't crack the 40-degree mark on New Year's Day but that didn't keep hundreds of locals from running into the ocean as part of the 10th Annual Sons of Ireland Polar Bear Plunge in Asbury Park.
