Red Bank Regional's varsity hockey team has tipped the balance of wins this season in its favor with a victory Saturday over Manalapan.

Goals by Bucs Joe DelSordo, Andrei Rjedkin and Keith Guzman gave the team its 3-1 win, according to hockey mom Lana Rjedkin who shared photos from the game with Patch.

The team, which has 11 seniors and three sets of brothers playing, now stands 3-3 overall and 1-1 in the Shore Conference B North division for the season.

The Bucs ended last season with a 3-2 overtime loss to the RFH Bulldogs in the Dowd Cup ice hockey tournament semifinals in February.
