Well just as I suspected ...after doing a little research on these (little Silver) waterfront homes ,most are offered at around there 2001 assessed value ,which is interesting for the fact they can't even sell at those prices .The other fact is that Little Silver is going through a revaluation at best how can they even raise the assessment of waterfront that seems to be stuck in mud at 2002 prices ?
