If they deported ALL the illegals in this country (which is more then 11 million, closer to 20) a few things would happen 1) Americans get their jobs back and the economy turns around 2) the food stamp medicaid bills would be cut by more then 50% 3) English would once again become the national language instead of spanish.

The "sweeping reform" we need is to change our citizenship laws, so these "anchor babies" are NOT automatic citizens. The child should only get citizenship if one or both of the parents are American citizens. Go to Mexico and have a baby the child is not a citizen. Sneak into Mexico and try to live and work. If caught you face 10 years in a Mexican prison and then deportation, if you survive 10 years.

We all like to forget that our ancestors were also immigrants. I say let them come in. They are people too. And that what is great about our country. We are a mixed breed.

We can not achieve Immigration Reform until we secure the border, this legislation is a payoff to a voting block, nothing more. My boss employs several illegals..I enjoy working with them because they work a lot harder then i do and it's less work that I have to do..Then I take all the credit for the work that they do because none of the speak a lick of English..So I say let them all in.

I make union wages which are very good. I'm not saying I want them working out of my local but around my house sure why not. And if I have to work on a Sat or sun my rate is a lot higher.
