Little Silver Urges Residents to Monitor Storm
Little Silver Mayor Robert C. Neff, Jr. tells Patch that the borough's emergency management team will meet Friday to make storm preparations.
A message from Little Silver Mayor Robert C. Neff, Jr.:
Little Silver continues to monitor the storm, and we urge our residents to do the same.
In addition, they should review the hurricane preparedness instructions on www.littlesilver.org, and continue to monitor the borough's Web site for further instructions.
As emergency management instructions come in from the county, we will post them and will send out periodic alerts on the Two River Alert system.

The eastern part of LS point road (east of Seven Br)still floods out due to a clogged storm drain it's the first one in about 200 feet on the road .Which means every person east of the drain will be trapped on the point because of this neglect I have complained many times to no avail ,LS point road is one of the highest taxed street in town ,my guess is that if this storm hits and people are trapped the problem will be addressed If the town can spend $50,000 on better drainage for the baseball fields this flooding should have been solved .Not even lower assessed homes values can compensate taxpayers for the fear of being trapped on a peninsula .
