Freshman Jess Stevenson. Jess is the starting 1st baseman for the RBR Girls Varsity Softball. She is batting .555 with 4 doubles and hit her first High School Home Run against Holmdel in a 10-6 victory. She currently ranks against the best players in the Shore Conference as a Freshman. Jess and her teammates are only going to get better and will be a team to watch as the season progresses!

I have to agree with Joe Stevenson. Go Jess! Go Bucs!
I also have to say that the girls softball team only has one uniform for home and away games. The boys team has two uniforms. This is not fair!!! Right my fellow women?

Great Team win today for the RBR Girls Varsity Softball team. This is a very young bunch of girls that are learning how to play and win together!!! After a very disappointing loss to St. Rose yesterday, Coach D and her staff rallied the girls and challenged them to how much they really wanted to play hard and win!!! She challenged them to trust each other and work as a team!! It was a complete win! Clutch pitching, fielding, and timely hitting!!! Great Job Ladies!!!
