This is a perfect example of the pretentious, self serving, and arrogant politicians who feel that they can write and legislate laws for everyone else, but it does not apply to them. Mr. Moriarty, if you had signed the refusal of a Blood Alcohol Test in to law, abide by that same law. And how about this, Mr. Assemblyman, for a novel idea; if you thought the police officer was not properly following procedure, you could have left police headquarters and gone to the nearest hospital and obtained a blood test to prove you had nothing to drink. This is all BS and you are not above the law you legislated for, Mr. Asemblyman. Such arrogance ....................
